Company History

Scandia Limited has been established since 1981 and has been delivering quality bespoke joinery since then to many domestic, commercial and business customers. Based on Salhouse Road in Norwich, Scandia has built up a consistent and reliable customer base from pure reputation and guaranteed quality.

Over recent years Scandia has developed a comprehensive building division, that provides a full building service from extensions and refurbishments through to barn conversions and new builds.

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and the fact that most of our customers come from referrals. No job is too small or too big.

Future growth plans

Over the next 5 years Scandia Limited is aiming to grow its operation by 10 to 20%. Both our joinery and building divisions will see growth in manufacturing, plant and staffing. We will also be seeking new bespoke premises within the next 2 years.

In recent months we have secured a fantastic grant from the New Anglia Small Grants Scheme which is partially funded by the European Regional Development Fund. This funding provided nearly £10,000 towards a new Speed Sander, a Bobcat E10 digger, a Thwaites Dumper and a Peugoet Van. These assets will enable greater productivity, efficiency and overall competitiveness in the industry.
